本课以Food Festival 上，如何电话订餐和到餐馆订餐为主题。Section B是在美食节开业后，学生在Section A中已学过一些餐馆订餐的口语。在这基础上，学习新内容，包括订餐、接单、用餐等日常功能用语。该话题的句型主要有

“I’ll send the food to you in …”, “Let’s wish them success!”, “May I have the bill, please?”, “Thanks for your order.”等。最后通过Project的活动对本话题所学内容进行真实的应用。

第三课时：Section B—1a, 1b, 1c

第一课时（Section B—1a, 1b, 1c）

教学设计思路：

本节课的课型为听说课。主要活动为Section B的1a和2。首先让学生欣赏歌曲《Lemon Tree》，将学生带回到课堂，同时也为引入新词汇的学习lemon tea，carrot, tofu奠定基础。Pre-listening 环节，首先学习词汇。因为本课新词汇大多是表示食物和饮料的名词，之后利用图片与单词连线的方式检查单词的掌握情况。在while-listening环节里，将1b分解为由易到难的两个任务。先听1a, 提出3个简单的听力问题；尔后再听1a,阅读1b表格预测答案后，完成1 b表格。Post-listening环节里，首先要求学生跟读和模仿，注重语音语调和感情的运用。然后引导学生划出电话订餐的功能句并同桌之间进行操练。最后，两人一组操练2的对话，巩固电话订餐和外出就餐的功能句。并以组间竞赛的方式表演展示。
