4B unit7 what’s the matter? 一、单元教材分析

本单元的主要教学内容是用What’s the matter?问询别人的感官，从而引出这一单元的重点——感官形容词，也就是feelings。要求学生能准确地形容自己在日常生活中的喜怒哀乐等公众感官，能在特定的情况下正确地使用What’s the matter?句型进行交谈。

本单元主要教学内容是“征询别人的日常感官”和“表达自己的感官”。要求学生围绕人体的各种感官类单词：饥渴、喜怒哀乐等，在一定情景中正确使用What’s the matter?Are you +adj? Here’s…/Have…这些日常用语和句型。这些句型具有相当强的情境性，在教学过程中需要创设较多的情景，引起学生的学习欲望，使学生在乐中学，乐中用。同时可以在教学中补充句型Can I have some/a …? 在教学时要求学生会读会写：sad, thirsty, tired, hungry, ill。

在教学中要帮助学生理解“感官”这一概念。人的感官来自于眼、口、耳、鼻、手、脚等身体的各部位对外界感知的一种身体反应。就像渴了，我们的嘴和身体都会感觉到，然后反馈给大脑。这对小学生来说可能比较难以理解，所以本单元知识简单涉及到我们日常生活中经常会有的感官，以便学生能理解学习。

3. 情感目标

六、教学过程

Step 1 Warming up 1. Enjoy a song < I’m hungry > First ,let’s enjoy a song then answer my question: How are they ? (teach :hungry和thirsty )

2. Play a game : I act you answer Oh , they are hungry and thirsty . How about me ? This time , let’s play a game: I act you answer . 游戏规则：教师表演动作，学生利用句型：Are you…？来猜测。

Step 2 Presentation 1. Great . I’m hungry ,thirsty and happy . How about our friend ? （PPT出示Liu Tao 的图片）Who can use “who”, ”where”, “what” to ask questions . （引导学生利用who , where , what来提问，从而引出What’s the matter ,Tao tao? 并揭题）

2.Can you guess ? What’s the matter with Tao tao ? (引导学生利用句型Is he …?来猜测) 3. These your ideas . What’s the matter with Tao tao ? Let’s watch the cartoon and choose . (PPT呈现选择题)What’s the matter with Liu Tao?

T: Are you right ? Let’s listen .引出Come and have a pie , Tao tao .

T: Let’s read after the tape .（学生跟读）Is Tao tao hungry ?

Ss: No .

T: Yes , Tao tao is not hungry . He is thirsty . So what will Tao tao say ? 引出Thanks , Dad . But I’m not hungry . I’m thirsty .

5. T: Tao tao is thirsty . What would Tao tao like ? Let’s listen then tick .

( 教学ill ) （让学生跟着录音朗读，模仿语气，并尝试朗读。）

7. T: Is Tao tao ill ? Ss: No . T: Yes . He is not ill . What’s the matter with Tao tao ? S1: He is tired . T: Yes . He is tired . So what will he say ？

（引导学生说出No , but I’m tired .）

to page 45 . Read Picture 3 and Picture 4 then underline the key sentences .
