教学目标：

学习本课新单词

a piece of, meat, cross, happily, its, wood, drop, lose,better 能用句型“A is/ are +形容词比较级+than B”对两事物进行比较。

2，能听懂理解并复述本故事

3，通过本课的寓言故事，使学生明白做人不要过于贪心，只有珍惜所拥有的才会感到幸福。

教学重点：理解，阅读本故事

教学难点：复述本故事

教学准备：单词条，PPT课件

教学过程：

Step1:warm-up＆Review 1,师生相互问候

2，Let’s chant （复习形容词和比较级）

Step2:Lead-in 1.PPT播放一些孩子们熟悉的故事书图片提问：

Which one is your favorite story book? Why?

Step3:fast-reading: 快速阅读故事给图片排序，整体感知故事大意。

1, 故事教学的流程是听——读——练——演，由于本班孩子基础比较薄弱应多设置听、读的训练。

2,体验性练习“that piece of meat is better than mine, I’m going to get near its home. The dog walked on

it.”效果不是很好，需要做出调整。

3，有在座位上做出调整但没有充分运用和发挥小组合作学习的优势，应多给孩子们相互学习的机会。
