五、Teaching process 1、Greetings T：Class begins.

Ss：Stand up. T：Good morning ,boys and girls! Ss：Good morning ,teacher! T：Still remember my name? Ss：Yes,Miss Zhou! T：I am Miss Zhou,What is your name? S1:My name is...! T：Nice to meet you !S1：Nice to meet you ,too T...?

S2...!(继续询问姓名,进行互动) 2、Lead in T:Today we have an English class here,we talk about vegetables today! Enjoy a song . T：Boys and girls,look at the screen.Let's listen a vegetable song. 歌曲结束后，询问学生们都听见了哪些蔬菜？

T:Show some pictures about Home cooking,and then ask two questions? Will your mum cook for you? Can you cook?这部分是和学生聊聊家常菜，进一步引入今天的所学蔬菜。

3、presentation（16 minutes）

（1）Carrot T:Look,what is that? Ss:It is a rabbit.

T:What does the rabbit see?(这部分通过课件展示，由一个猜一猜的游戏，引出兔子爱吃胡萝卜！然后进行新授：carrot,再展示图片很多个胡萝卜引出复数：carrots.) （2）Tomato T：Wow！Let me guess.What is that red thing ? Ss:A watermelon? A carrot? A tomato ? (学生们积极互动，猜测图片到底是哪种蔬菜。课件在制作时隐藏了一部分，只留出一部分红色，和一些绿叶）

T:Show the different tomatoes!（让学生多加关注身边的事物，发现一些类似的蔬菜，西红柿既是蔬菜也是水果）

Potato T:It is a magic time!Change change change! Tomato changes potato （通过这样的一个互动，引起学生的有意注意，增加英语课堂的趣味性）

T:Look at the screen ,many potatoes!复数形式

（4）插入课本图片，引出green beans! （5）通过板书发现名词单数变复数。PPT设计了一个我是英语小能手，展示了名词单数变复数的规则。给学生几分钟时间阅读。
