【学情分析】

动物类单词的学习孩子已经并不陌生，对What is this?It is_______.句型的掌握也很熟练，因此为本单元用复数来描述动物奠定了基础。

1．知识与技能

（1）在与Animals相关的不同语境中学习理解，并运用本单元的核心词汇。如：elephant, zebra, snakes, giraffe, long tails, long necks等，能够正确朗读和拼写，并拓展horse,ant, move等单词。

（2）在故事语境中让学生尝试运用复数形式进行正确描述动物。正确运用句型如：They are_______ . They have _____. They like________. What are they?来描述动物和对话。

2．过程与方法

（1）通过图片、儿歌、对话等方法让学生能运用核心词汇描述动物的外貌特征。

（2）通过图片、儿歌、对话等方法让学生能运用复数形式描述不同语境中动物正在发生的事情。

（3）通过图片、听录音、对话、演一演等方法让学生能在故事语境中，正确使用句型结构熟练运用句型：

听录音，让学生整体感知一下整个故事。并用动物的声音来让学生选择故事中出场了哪些动物。

听过之后指导学生带着情感朗读，更好地体会故事的情感。

用学生喜欢的形式去操练，有了之前的铺垫，现在自己尝试描述蛇。
