本课是沪教版2013年版三年级起点五年级下册第10单元第一课内容，主要讲的是伟大发明。在小学阶段第一次提

到，在八,九年级还会继续深入学***发明。这一课起到铺垫的作用。学生在学本课前，已经掌握了一些短语的应用，所以大部分学生能清晰的表达一些伟大发明的作用。但由于学生，语言知识面窄，英语课堂延伸拓展只能适度。
