Thanksgiving is very important in the US 教学目标:

1、通过学习，学生能够形成小组合作学习，合作交流的意识。

2、通过本课的学习，要求学生能够了解感恩节、体验感恩节，学习一些感恩节英语单词、能够用英语表达自己想感恩的人。

3、通过与其他学科的整合，实现英语课程多学科整合，让英语课更加丰富，更加有趣。

学情分析：

本课融入了感恩节的文化知识。在以前的习中，学生已经接触过这方面的知识，因此在学习中，学生学起来会较轻松。再因为本课涉及到节日礼仪的知识，学生会很有兴趣和积极性。因此在教学中，将通过两种文化的对比和学生的表演展示，进一步增强课堂学习的气氛和学生对文化礼仪的认识。

重点难点：

了解感恩节来源，感恩节食物与重要节日活动；感恩节相关英语单词的学习。

教学过程：
