The students can learn the new words: peace, make peace, member states, famous. Learn the new sentences: Do you want to visit the UN building? The UN wants to make peace. China is one of the 193 member states in the UN.

Step 1:Warming up

1.Sing a song: Bingo

2.Play a game: Guessing what it is.

Step 2: Presentation

1.Guess the picture and learn “the UN building”.

2.Listen to and watch the video. The answer the questions:

Then learn “make peace”. Paste the paper of ”make peace” on the blackboard.

3.Practice the sentences according to the pictures and clocks:
