教学过程说明:
I. Warming up. 1. T: Good morning, boys and girls. (T nods to the pupils)
Ss: Good morning, Miss Lin. 2. Finish a task.
T divides the class into two parts, and names them as Group Hello and Group Hi. The first one in Group Hi asks the first one in Group Hello:
Hi, I’m ... S2 answers him: Hello, I’m ... S1: Goodbye to you. 回到自己队的末尾
... 再由Group Hello的第一个学生走到Group Hi的第一学生前面重复同样的游戏,比一比,看哪一组最先完成。
3. 拿出课文中四个人的头像,让四个学生戴上,然后要求其他学生向这个学生向四个学生问好,他们回答。
四个人说Goodbye to you.或Bye.然后摘下面具回到座位上。
II. Presentation.
1. Use the advertisement to introduce the new sentence: How are you? T: OK, 如何有看电视广告的同学都知道,有这么一则胃药的广告,How are you? 你好吗?
Ss: Yes. T: OK, today we’ll learn how to greet with others.
If you want to greet with others, you can say: How are you? Ss practice: How are you? T: OK, very good! 2. T explains the occasion and the answer should be ‘I’m fine.’ or ‘I’m fine, thank you!’
Ss practice one by one. 3. T: OK, now I want you to practice in pairs. For example, you say ‘How are you?’ and you say ‘I’m fine, thank you.’ Are you ready?
Ss: Yes. T: OK, let’s begin.
S1: How are you? S2: I am fine, thank you. …
T→Ss
Ss→Ss T praises them. Use: Well done! Excellent Smart! 4. T: OK, let’s have a rest and listen to a very nice song: How are you? I hope you can like it. Ss: OK! Ss listen to the song and try to follow. Ss sing it sentence by sentence. Ss sing the song and do the actions. 5. T: It sounds good. Now please open your activity book on page 4, let’s finish it. Ss: OK. Ss listen to the tape and do it together. III. Assign the homework. 1. 回家后用How are you?向家长问好,如果家长不会英语,就想办法教会家长。
2. 教爸爸妈妈唱How are you?这首歌。
