Read a chant: What’s that? 2.

Free talk:

What’s your name? How are you? What’s this / that? Is this / that a / an …? What color is the …? Step 2. Presentaion 1.

Show the pictures and talk about them with the sentence patterns: What’s this / that? It’s a … Teach the new word: jacket.

Show a picture, guide the pupils to ask: Where is the jacket? Then get the pupils to know how to answer the question. Teach the new words: where, on. 3.

Do the same to teach the other preposition of localities: in, under. 4.

Show a picture of a skirt, teach the new word: skirt. Then guide the pupils to ask and describe the location of the skirt. 5.

Read and spell the new words. Step 3. Practice 1.

Show a picture of a bedroom, get the pupils to ask and answer about the location of things with the sentence patterns. e.g. Where is the
