二、单元教学目标
【语用任务】
课堂上,学生们和老师一起谈论中国传统节日的语境中,能够较熟练表述中国传统文化特色的节日,the Spring Festival, the Dragon Boat Festival, the Mid-autumn Festival, the Double Ninth Festival。
能正确用英语表达在节日中能做的事情和介绍中国传统节日特色,熟练运用学到单词句型进行交流,要求语音正确、内容完整、表达较流利。
(一)语言知识与技能
1、能在语境中听说读写有关节日的词汇:the Mid-autumn, the Spring Festival, the Dragon Boat Festival, the Double Ninth Festival, Double Ninth Festival, rice dumpling等,
并在句子中正确应用。
2、能在语境中认读词汇:the Chinese New Year, dumpling, red envelope, Double Ninth cake, table manner, climb mountains, important, traditional, special, polite,remember等。
3、能在情境中熟练运用基本句型,询问有关于各个传统节日的信息,并能够对相应的问题做出准确回答。
4、能熟练介绍自己喜欢的节日。
5、能正确用英语表达介绍中国传统节日特色,了解中国餐桌礼仪,抒发对自国的热爱。
(二)语言情感
在语境学习和交流的过程中,让学生初步感知中国传统节日特色,了解中国餐桌礼仪,抒发对自国的热爱。
(三)学习策略
1、通过课堂上师生互动、生生互动、问题驱动、角色扮演等方式推进学习。
2、通过歌曲、语音、图片等多媒体手段创设语境,提高学生的学习积极性。

三、学情分析
在之前的学习中,学生接触过中国的传统节日the Mid-autumn Festival以及中秋节的相关活动watch the beautiful moon和 eat moon cakes等。但对其余三个传统节日,学生基本上是陌生的。所以本课时的核心语言对他们来说有一定的难度,尤其是传统节日的名称和传统节日的时间。所以在这一单元中,需要更加注重对于对the Spring Festival, the Dragon Boat Festival, the Double Ninth Festival三个传统节日的教学。

Many old people live in the old people’s home. They have no child. They are lonely. Kitty and Alice often go to visit them at the Double Ninth Festival. Today, it is the Double Ninth Festival. It’s Grandma Li’s birthday.

Alice & Kitty: Good morning, Grandma Li! Grandma Li: Good morning, children. Come in, please. Alice & Kitty: Happy the Double Ninth Festival, Grandma Li.
