本课的教学内容选自湘少版《小学英语》五年级下册Unit 2 We’re going to do some research.中的第一课时,本课时的学习内容为课文Part A和Part B。本节课主要从学生感兴趣的调查话题出发，让学生运用本单元的词汇和句型进行口语交际,学会用英语就一个研究主题来表达自己的打算或研究步骤。涉及的新单词有find,collect,study,think，另外有一部分动词及动词短语在第一课中学过，如read,write 等，结合本课可以达到复习巩固的目的。主要句型是：设计思路

What are we going to do?We’re going to... ,这些句型在第一课中也已学习，学生能较熟练地运用。根据本课教学内容，针对中国学生学习外语存在缺少语言环境的实际困难，我首先创设学习英语的氛围，激发兴趣，让学生在趋于真实的环境中参与教学。在教学中发挥教师的主导作用，以学生为主体，采用了任务型教学法，游戏教学法，情景教学法等，培养学生用英语进行简单日常交际的能力。

1. 语言目标：

（1）能听懂，会说，认读，会写新单词find,collect,study,think。

（2）能听懂，会说，认读“What are we going to do?”“We’re going to...”。

2. 应用目标：

（1）能用“What are we going to do?”“We’re going to...”询问和教学目标

谈论计划。

（2）能听懂、会说A部分对话。

3. 情感、态度与价值观目标：

让学生了解学习的重要性，培养学生积极主动的学习热情。

教学重点

能听懂，会说，认读本单元重点单词和词组。

教学难点

能初步运用be going to结构来谈论自己准备开展研究性学习的步骤和打算。
