学情分析

本课教学对象是六年级的学生,英语学习已经有三、四年,本课中有很多单词都是以前出现过的,所以这一课学起来还是比较容易。

重点难点

1.四会单词及句型,课文的掌握

2.能模仿课文,运用重点句型进行扩展性的情景会话

教学过程

Step1Warm-up

1. Review Unit 1. Ask and answer:

What are you going to do? I’m going to….

When are you going to eat? I’m going to eat at….

2. Sing an English song.

Step2Introduction

1. Watch a real weather forecast. Then write the key words on the

blackboard: rain, snow, windy, cold, sunny, warm,hot

2. Teach the new words in different ways

Then let Ss remember the words in their own small groups.

3. Watch the parts of the real weather forecast again. Then ask and answer

two by two:

What’s the weather like in…?It’s…

What’s the weather will be like in…tomorrow?

It will…

Step3Text

1. (The teacher says)Let’s listen to the weather forecast of the tape, then answer the questions.

2. Play the cassette and repeat.

3.Circle the key words and the sentence “It will…”

4. Play the cassette and ask the children several questions.

5.Translate the key points.

1. Watch the real weather forecast on TV at home and tell us the real weather forecast tomorrow about five cities
