I want a hot dog, please. 【内容分析】

本课的故事是在美国的Daming 和他的美国表兄Simon跟随Simon's dad 去一家快餐店就餐的经过。需要学生掌握的语言功能是如何在快餐店点餐:“What do you want? I want a hot dog, please.”及如何询问价钱:“How much is it? It's thirteen dollars and twenty-five cents.”本课的内容贴近学生的生活实际。

(重点培养学生在真实的语言情景中运用英语进行交际的能力。)

【教学目标】

知识目标:

1.能够听、说、读、写本单元的单词和基本句型;

2.能听懂会说: What do you want ?

I want a hot dog ,please. How much is it ?

It’s thirteen dollars and twenty-five cents. 能力目标:能用英语来表达如何点餐及询问价钱。

情感目标:激发学生的学习热情,了解中西方的饮食文化异同,并进行文明礼仪教育。

【资源分析】

结合本节课教学内容,需要准备的教学资源有:

1.ppt课件:根据本单元教学内容和教学重难点设计制作ppt课件。

2. Flash动画:课文flash动画、重点句flash动画,学生通过直观的听和看,能够更好地理解语言,感知语言的情境,有助于学生对语言的学习和接受。

3.教具:四线三格磁条、教学卡片、教学挂图、贴纸集、点读笔、录音带、CD-ROM等。

【信息技术呈现形式】

本节课会用到白板、ppt课件、微课、flash动画等教学手段。在新授环节使用ppt课件和动词want的用法微课.使用白板调换、拉幕、聚光灯、手写等功能,在课文的学习和练习环节使用flash动画,同时应用了超链接,把ppt和白板合二为一。通过使用以上教学手段,能更好地激发学生的学习兴趣,活跃课堂气氛,提高教学效率。

(一)Warm up 1. Greetings 2. Free talk 3. Game: Do as I say, not as I do. (二)Presentation 1. Show some pictures of food to the students.(课件出示图片,让学生更直观地感知。) 2. Stick them on the board after reading .

3. Then the teacher touches the stomach and says: “I’m hungry and thirsty and thirsty, now. I want some noodles cake /cola/hamburger…”and write the new words on the board.(使用聚光灯,逐个词组呈现, 层层递进,逐步引入,能有效地激发学生探索问题的欲望,使学生的注意力集中在单个的单词和词组上,这样可以更好更快的掌握所学词组,不让学生被其他信息干扰。) 4. 5. Then do this activity in pairs.

(三)New Teaching 1. (Talk) T: Now, we are all hungry .Let’s go to a fast food restaurant.

2. Now, look at the screen and look at these questions, then answer.
