Read 1a and try to ask some questions ,the teacher summarizes the questions as follow . 1).Why does Helen look worried? 2).Why is Li Hong crying in the bathroom? 3).Why does Li Hong feel lonely? 4).What does Miss Wang want to do? Step2 1,Read 1a again and try to answer the questions above. 2,Listen to the tape and finish 1b ，then check the answers。

3,Read 1a and act it out in pairs 4,Look at the pictures and finish P art 2 5,Ask and answer in pairs using “because”
