Ss: It’s sunny. ... 2. Free talk. 3. Sing an English song. Step 2 Happy presentation 1.T: What’s your hobby? S1: I like singing. S2: I like dancing. S3: I like reading. S4: I like painting...

2. Teach the new word: stand on one foot T does the action of standing on one foot and teach the new word. 3.T shows a picture and asks: What’s he doing? Ss: He’s reading. T: Yes, he is reading a story aloud. Teach the new word: read a story aloud. 4. Teach the other new words in the same way.

5. T shows some word cards. Let the Ss make some sentences with the new words. S1: I like playing the piano. S2: He painted a picture yesterday. ... Step 3. Happy practice 1. Listen to the tape and repeat . 2. T shows the pictures and Ss say the words. 3. T shows the pictures quickly and Ss say the words together.

4. A game—guess，guess，guess.

T: Let's play a game, OK?

S: OK.

T: Please watch carefully, I will make some gestures, and you should guess what I am doing , please guess quickly and correctly, are you ready?

S: Go! Write the words on the exercise books. Pay special attention to their writings.
