教学目标:1、能听,说,读,写单词及短语cute,vet,dream,grow
up。
2、能听说读写句型:When I grow up, I want to be a vet.学会灵活运用When I grow up, I want to be…并会举一反三,学会拓展。
3、能熟练地表演Learn to say部分的课文,将所学知识应用于生活实际,完成英语学习的交际目的。
一、Leading 1、Greeting. 2、Listen to the song 《B what U wanna B》and tell students there many jobs in the song.Then ask students’ dreams .Let them tell the teacher their dreams. 二、Presentation 1、Divide the whole class into three teams:red team, yellow team, blue team. Let them have a PK.
3、Learn the new words:
(1)cute:
Students read one by one and use their fingers to write the word,at the same time the teacher writes on the blackboard.Give them an example sentence:He looked cute. vet: Teacher shows the card, students read,and students use their
fingers to write ,the teacher writes on the blackboard.Give them an example sentence:He is a vet. dream: Play “high and low voice” game,students use their figers to write,teacher writes on the blackboard.Give them an example sentence:I have a dream.
grow up: Each team read one by one, students write with their fingers and the teacher writes on the blackboard.Give them an example sentence:When I grow up, I want to be a vet.(Teacher writes the sentence on the blackboard.) (2)Read by themselves. (3)Teacher shows the Chinese,students say the English. 4、Learn the text: (1)PPT shows Zhang Hong’s picture, tell students she also has a dream ,and listen to the tape. (2)The teacher shows three questions,let students read and listen to the tape again. Q1:What did Zhang Hong find on her way home?
Q2:How was the animal?
Q3:What’s Zhang Hong’s dream? (3)Work in pairs and discuss the questions.And then find students to
answer. (4)Read the text after the teacher. (5)Read the text with their partner and then find students to read.(Each student read one paragraph) (6)Work in their teams.Prepare the text then act and retell the text. (7)The teacher give the verbs to the students,let them find the past tense in the text.And then have a review of the past tense. 三、Test (1)Use the PPT to do some exercises to check the students. (2)Let students talk about their dreams,must use “When I grow up...”,and find two or three students to write on the blackboard.
四、Sum up T:Today we learned these words and a main sentence ,let’s read together.Now I know you all have so many dreams .Let’s study hard to achieve your dreams.Just like the song 《B what U wanna be》
五、Homework Talk about your dreams with your classmates.
六、Reward
Check which team is the best and congratulate them.
