Teaching aims:

Students are able to read and count the number from one to twenty, ask and answer the numbers .

Teaching importance: Are able to use the numbers to ask

and answer. Teaching difficulty: To think how to ask and answer. Teaching tools: CAI, PPT ,word cards

Teaching steps:

Step1. Revision Count the numbers from one to twelve, and play a game “magic eyes” . Step 2 Presentation

Ask and answer the questions, and teach the new words “thirteen, fourteen…twenty”. And write them on the blackboard. T: How many oranges are there? S:There are thirteen

Play a game:TV program “ The Running Man”. (Tell pupils the rules, which pair can guess the right number that is the winner. )
