Unit 5 How old are you?

(Period 1) 一、学情分析

本节课主要是学习Story time，通过Uncle John带孩子去商店购物的情景呈现了本单元的系列数字one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten和新句型

“How old are you?”。对数字，学生虽然在以前的学习过程中有所了解和接触，但是没有系统地学习过，这就需要在教学时特别注意引导学生加以运用。在本节课的教学中，要多给学生提供开口的机会，通过对话熟练掌握新的英语知识，增加学习过程的趣味性。教师尽量多创设真实情境进行教学，并且适当地采取做游戏、唱儿歌等多种教学形式来保持学生的学习积极性。

二、教学目标

1.知识目标：

（1）能听懂、会读、会说日常用语How old are you? How lovely! Here you

are. I’m…

（2）能听懂、会说、会读

one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight,

nine and ten, （3）能听懂、会说、会读、会写

two, eight, nine.

2.技能目标：

(1) 能正确地理解并朗读对话内容，在教师的引导和帮助下表演课文内容。

(2) 让学生会初步地用英语表达生活中的数字。

3.情感目标：

(1)通过本单元学习，激发学生对英语学科的好奇心以及学习兴趣，在小组

活动中能与其他同学积极配合和合作。

(2)通过本单元学习，培养学生乐于接触外国文化的意识。

三、教学重点

1.掌握one-ten十个数词。

2.以“How old are you .?”为主题，让学生学会运用本单元交际用语,并了解

“How old are you?”使用的特殊场合。

3.能正确地理解并朗读对话内容，在教师的引导和帮助下尝试表演对话。

四、教学难点

能初步运用本课所学的词汇和日常交际用语谈论年龄，并且能根据年龄为

同伴选择不同的玩具。

五、教学具准备

多媒体课件、头饰、句型卡片、人物卡片、玩具卡片、年龄卡片、苹果卡片、两棵苹果树。

六、教学过程

Step 1 Warming up T: Boys and girls, let's sing a song: 《ten little Indian Boys》。

Step 2 Pre-reading 1.T: Boys and girls, do you like this song?

S: Yes.

T: I have a question for you. How many Indian boys are there in this song?

S: Ten.

T: Yes.

Teach: ten
