Step1 Warming up 1.

Greetings.

T: Good morning, boys and girls. Glad to see you again.

Ss: Good morning, Miss … Glad to see you again too.

….

Ask: How did your Spring Festival? Did you have a good holiday? 1.

Say: OK, let’s talk about the Spring Festival.

Write “talk about” on the Bb and explain it.

T: S1, did you light firecrackers?

S1: Yes.

T: S2, did you watch the lion dance?

Ss: Yes. T: And did you wear new clothes?

Show a guest and say “Great!”

Write and learn great. 3.

Ask: Can you talk about your plan at this term? Ask Ss to talk about how to learn English at this term in Chinese. Then say: Please write about your plan. Then show card write about on the Bb. Explain and teach it. If Ss did good job, don’t forget say “Great”

Say: Now, we’re going to talk about hobbies, OK?

Ss: OK. Great! T: What’s your hobby, S3?

S3: My hobby is playing chess. T: What’s your hobby, S4?

S4: I like reading.

T: Do you want to know Lisa’s hobby? Please ask me.

Ss: What’s your hobby, Miss Lisa? ........ 1.Look! This is a story book. There are many stories in this book. Write story and stories on the Bb. Then teach and drill them. Pay attention to PL. Say: I like reading stories. Because they very interesting. 对学

Repeat many times “very interesting”. Have Ss understand the meaning of it. 2.Practice these phrases: an interesting story, some interesting stories, read a story, read stories.

1.Show a story book and answer: I like reading a story. Reading stories is my hobby. 群学

2.Say: I feel tired. How about you?

Let’s listen to the music, OK? All of them answer happily “Great!”

Play a light music.

After that, ask: Do you like to listen to the music? Ss: Yes.

Then drill and make a sentence with “listen to”.

Teacher show a play and learn to say “put on a play”.

1. Read and drill the words and phrases in different ways.

repeat. 3.Say: -What are we going to do then? Help them to say: -We are going to read and write these words. Write “We’re going to ….” on the Bb and explain it. Try to say other sentences with it. Please pay attention to the pronunciation of the word “together”, and understand the grammar of past tense. 点
