2.指导学生使用勾画引言和结论部分以及划出主题句的学习策略 3.培养学生根据短文写出简洁标题的能力

4. 谈论健康饮食及其重要性，并且能写出简单的关于健康饮食及其重要性的短文。

三．教学难点

用英语写出简单的关于健康饮食及其重要性的短文。

四．教学步骤

Step1 Review 1. Review words of this topic.

Ask students to have a words competition. 2.Review grammar of this topic.

Finish the table about grammar and do some exercises. 3.Review functions of this topic.

Finish the table about functions .Ask students to make conversations and act them out .

Step 2 Pre-reading Lead in to 1a by asking a question. How do you keep healthy in your daily life? Step 3 While –reading

1. Fast-reading

(1).Ask students to listen to 1a carefully.

(2).Read 1a and color the introduction and conclusion part. (3).Read 1a again and underline the topic sentences of Paragraphs 2—4. (4).Choose a title for the passage and write down in the box above.

2. Careful-reading (1).Read 1a again and answer three questions. (2). Find out some useful phrases and sentences , according to 1a. (3).Ask students to read the passage together. (4). Retell the passage with the help of key words. Step 4 Post –reading

Ask a question : What’s the writer’s purpose of writing this passage ? Step 5 Writing

Rose, an American girl, is going to visit China. Write an email to tell her something about eating habits and how to eat healthily in China. Step 6 Homework:

1. Recite the passage .

2.Finish Section D in your workbook. 3.Review Unit 7 and do exercises of Review of Unit 7 on page 79 and 80 . 4.Write a passage about ways to Keep Healthy.
