教学目标

：

1.学生能够听懂和理解这个简单的故事。

2.学生能够就故事进行提问和回答。

3.学生能够分角色，并根据课文内容表演故事。

4.通过阅读故事让学生体会友情，懂得动物也是人类的好朋友，要爱护动物。

学情分析：

四年级的同学经过一年的学习，对英语学习的主动性都比较高，课堂参与度高，喜欢英语活动、游戏和表演。英语课堂应该从学生的生活习惯出发，让学生在玩中学，在教知识的同时又关注了学生的情感态度。整节课以学生为主体，从学生们的生活实际着手，让学生自己解决问题。教师从听说读写各方面锻炼了学生的综合语言运用能力。

教学重点

：

学生能够听懂和理解这个简单的故事，能够就故事进行提问和回答。

教学难点：

学生分角色表演课文，理解故事。

教学过程： Step I. Pre-reading 1. Greeting: T: Hello,, boys and girls. How are you today? S:I’m

fine, thanks. And you? T:I’m

very well. Thank you. （设计意图：熟练掌握问候语，活跃课堂气氛，创造学习英语的氛围，拉近师生的距离。）

2. Review （1）.Play a game:

T: It’s time for warming up . First ,let’s play a game . S: Yes. T: The teacher says : Wash your face . Students say “wash , wash , wash ” , and do this action . (设计意图：通过肢体动作轻松地回忆并表达所学过的短语，也让学生易于理解本课内容。）

（2）.Play a game: Magic eyes T: You are so clever ! Look! I have some pictures , but,My pictures run very fast ! Do you have the magic eyes ?, what do they do ? let’s look and say ! (3) 区分单三

(设计意图：出示在生活中的一些照片复习动词短语及动词的单三形式，在复习前面所学的内容的同时，引出新的话题。What do they do on Saturday ）

Step II . Presentation : 1. 引入新课

T: look at this boy ,What does he do on Saturday ? (出示John and Jack图片) T:Look at the boy and the dog ,What do they do ? (出示和狗狗玩球的照片) S: Play with a ball T:Yes , they play with a ball ,they play catch with a ball. 2. 教学单词： catch , throw T: Do you know “catch” ? Let’s look (出示幻灯片) Before catch ,First throw . Let’s do it .(学生跟随老师边读单词边做扔球的动作) Throw … ..Can you catch my ball ? S: Yes , I can (学生跟老师一起说catch ) T: so ,look at the boy and the dog ,the boy throw the ball , the dog catch the boll.

T: Do you know the boy and the dog ?They are our new friends ! This is Jack , This is John .Today we’ll learn Lesson 12 John and Jack .John and Jack are good friends .(出示P1-P4) T:They play with a ball together .But now Jack is lost .where’s Jack ? Can you guess ? T: Maybe he plays with a cat ? Maybe he plays catch with birds ? What happened ? Let’s watch the story together . (设计意图：通过学生和狗玩球自然过渡到John 和Jack 玩球，但Jack 却找不到了，老师带领学生共同猜测 Jack 去了哪里) 3. 教师播放本课动画视频

4. Where’s Jack ?： T: Where ‘s Jack ? S: He find a bird and they help the bird . （设计意图：学生一起回答老师播放故事前的问题，理解故事的梗概）

5. Number the picture . T: Look at the four pictures .Can you number the picture ?（设计意图：通过给图片排序检测学生是否理解了这个故事。）

6. Read and match T: okay ,the pictures are okay, next open your books ,listen to the story again . then match the pictures and the sentences T: Pair work . Match the picture and the sentences . (设计意图：

进行练习将图片选出正确的句子，让学生进一步理解这个故事) Step III. Consolidation and extension ：

1. Let’s act T: Do you understand this story ? Let’s act out the story . All the boys are John . All the girls are Jack (教师播放幻灯片，学生分角色朗读) 2. Main idea: main idea.

(设计意图：

将本课故事连成一篇小短文，空出本单元的重点单词让学生填写来锻炼学生的书写,使学生更透彻的理解故事。) 4. Love animals : T: The dog Jack is Jhon ’s friends .I also have many pictures of dogs . They are sniffer dog , police dogs . And many other animals . I think: Animals are our friends . We help each other .We should love them . Do you think so ? (设计意图：教师出示其他不同工作的狗狗图片和动物图片，使学生懂得动物也是人类的好朋友，要爱护动物) Step IV . Homework : T: Read the story John and Jack to your family .

教学反思： 本节课我从学生的生活中寻找切入点，让英语教学在生活中使用。通过课前复习本单元应会的短语，及句子为新课的讲授做好铺垫。

在引入新课环节我引导学生进行合理猜想Jack到底去了哪里？

带着问题学生观看动画视频后马上抓住本节课的故事重点。在接下来的巩固练习中学生能很顺畅的进行听说读写练习，在练习中一点一点理解课文，掌握重点，解决难点。

最后，通过其他小狗和动物图片，将本课主题升华，呼吁大家要爱护动物，因为它们是我们的朋友。 在教学中，我要根据学生的反应及时调整课堂氛围，在调动学生积极方面多思考，在鼓励学生时要发自内心为他们喝彩，这样的课堂是我要继续奋斗的目标。
