教学目标：

1.语言知识目标：

本课要求学生能都掌握字母y在单词的发音/ai/,能听、说、认读eyes,cry,fly,my,dry,why等词，并能根据发音规律读出更多含有相同发音的单词。

2.技能目标: 1.听：能通过听，初步感知含有/ai/音的单词，并能听辨词中的音素。

2.说：能说出chant里含有/ai/音的词。

3.读：能正确读出Sounds and words and chant 里的单词和句子。

4..写:能根据发音规则和自然拼读法并写出符合发音规则的单词。

3.情感目标：

培养学生良好的语音语感，提高学生英语学习的能力和水平，让学生充分感受到学习成功的喜悦，增强学生学习的自信心，保鲜学生持续学习英语的兴趣。

教学重点：1.掌握字母y在单词中的发音，并能进行简单的拼读。

2.熟练朗读歌谣：《A kite》

教学难点：1.根据发音规律，运用Phonics方法，拼读一些简单的含y字母的新单词。 2.引导学生分辨字母y的两种发音并进行分类。

四、教学过程

Step 1 Warm- up 1.

Let’s chant. Let’s play a game. In the rain. What game? What game? Baseball. 2、Check the answers of Activity.

Lead-in & Presentation

1. Listen to the tape Dear Jonny:

Today is May Day . Tony, Jenny , Gogo and I are going to the playground. They say there’s a good game to play . Let’s meet at the way to the playground . Yours May.

(设计意图：利用这节课要学习的六个简单的单词，使用学生学过的句型，编写成一个简单有趣的故事,利用故事的形式，把孤立的六个单词有机地联系在一起。通过听故事，根据故事内容回答问题，对故事进行复述，自主归纳六个单词中所含相同的音素，即遵循了语言教学的规律——听、说领先的原则，又有效地扩充了教学内容和形式，也提高了学生的学习兴趣和热情，教学效果显而易见。)

2. Listen to the tape again and answer the questions.

(设计意图：首先让学生听这个故事，学生一边听这个故事，老师一边给出这六个关键的单词，这样不仅让学生对今天所授内容有个整体认识，又能帮助学生更好地理解故事的内容。再让学生带着这三个问题去听一遍故事，听完故事之后，让学生逐一口头回答这三个问题，让学生进一步熟悉这六个单词和故事的内容。然后，逐一出示这六个单词) 3. T: OK. Look at these four words. today, way, play, playground. You have learned these words before. Can you find out the same letters? Ss: Ay. T: Yes. Do you know the “ay” sounds?

Ss: /ei/. T: That’s good. Now try to read these two words: May, say.

4. T teaches the Ss to read all the words. 5. Ss follow the tape, then read together. 6.Let’s chant.

Practice

1. Group work Find more words including the sound /ei/（写出含有/ei/的单词）

Look and blend.(PPT呈现单词。）

利用PPT，y字母不变，随意变化辅音字母，让学生快速读单词。

（设计意图：通过多种练习活动，检查学生对字母组合ay 的发音规则的掌握情况，培养学生“见词能读”的能力。）

4.Can you read ? （1）My birthday is in May. （2）I say ,you say, we all say. （3）Today is my favourite day. （4）Let’s play on the playground. （5）This way, please. Step 4 Let’s chant.

(1) Ask the Ss to listen to the chant：Rain, rain, go away. (2) Ss follow the T to read the lyrics. （给学生解释another day的意思。）

(3) Ss chant with the tape.（再次播放录音让学生练习自己唱念歌谣。）

(4) Chant in groups. （将学生分成四个小组，让每组学生用自己设计的方式唱念歌谣。教师选出表演得最好的一组，并向大家说明为什么他们表演得最好。）

(5) 在chant中圈出含有/ei/发音的所有单词。

(6) Let’s Check.（检查学生有没有圈对单词，强调chant中的”rain”也含有/ei/的发音。）

Step 5

Practice 圈出含有/ei/的单词。

Today is a big day. We will go to a lake. The lake is far away. We will take a train to the lake. We will play games on the train. We can swim in the lake. We can sail in the lake. Oh, I can not wait. It is going to be a great day!

Step 6

Consolidation T: Today we have learned that the“ay”in the end of the words sounds /ei/ . Please find more words with the“ay”in the end. 例如：lay, pay, ray, bay, hay, jay, nay, away Step 5
