教学目标

1、能够听、说、读、写hen, horse, cow, sheep掌握这几个单词的单复数变化及发音。

2、能够在情景中恰当运用句型What are those ?They’re …询问并会回答物品名称；能运用句型Are they…？Yes, they are./No, they aren’t.确认是否为某种事物。

3、帮助学生理解these与those的异同。

4、了解与动物有关的英语习语，

了解相关《中华人民共和国动物保护法》。

5、培养学生懂得爱动物，爱家人及他人的情感，懂得人与自然和谐相处。

教学重点

1.能够在情景中恰当运用句型：What are those ? They’re …问答物品名称。2.能运用句型Are they…？Yes, they are./No, they aren’t.确认是否为某种事物。

教学难点

sheep的单复数同形；these与those的区别。

教学准备：动物单词卡片，PPT，相关词条

Step1 Warm-up and greetings 1.

看图，大声说出你看到的动物。

教师用聚光灯移动，快速变换图片，学生迅速说出单词。

2. Sing a song

T: Great! Now let’s sing a song“Old Mac Donald had a farm. ”（教师播放视频，学生跟唱）

T: Good job! You know Old MacDonald has a farm. And he has many vegetables and animals on the farm. Do you want to visit his farm?

Ss: Yes. T: OK. Let’s go.

Step 2 Presentation

(教师出示Old MacDonald的图片）T: Look, this is Old MacDonald.

Old MacDonald：

Hello，children. Welcome to my farm! I have a big farm. There are many vegetables and animals on the farm. I’m very busy. Can you help me? Come on. Task 1 Meeting the animals 1. Guess: They have two short legs, they are fat. We eat their eggs. What are they? They’re hens. (1)教师出示一只母鸡图片，教读hen数遍，教学en组合发音/en/,举例：ten, when ,hen,并板书hen(学生拼读)。并板书, 再出示很多只母鸡图片，教读hens，并板书。T: Look at these hens. They’re so

fat. I like eggs, I like hens. Do you like hens? Ss: Yes. T: Look, these hens are hungry , can you help Old MacDonald feed the hens? Follow me. Feed the hens喂鸡(教读并做动作，学生模仿)。

(2) Guess: They’re black and white. They’re big and strong. We drink their milk. What are they? Ss:奶牛。教师引导学生回答：They’re cows.

教师出示一头奶牛的图片，学牛叫声，教读cow数遍，教学ow组合发音/

/,举例：how, now ,cow,并板书cow(学生拼读)。再出示很多头奶牛的图片。问：How many cows

are there? Let’s count…One, two…并引导学生回答：There are twelve cows. 教读cows，并板书。I like milk, I like cows. Do you like cows? Ss: Yes. T: Can you help Old MacDonald milk a cow? Just like this, Follow me. Milk a cow挤牛奶(师做动作，学生模仿). （3）教师做骑马的动作，问：What am I doing? Ss: 骑马。T: Yes, I am riding a horse.出示一头horse的图片，学马叫声(学生模仿)。

教读horse数遍，并板书, 再出示很多头马的图片，教读horses，并板书。T: Look at these horses. They’re tall and strong.

T: Can you ride a horse? Just do it, Follow me. ride a horse (师做动作，学生模仿). I didn’t have breakfast this morning.

Oh, I’m hungry , I can eat like a horse. （4）教师出示一只羊的部分图片，问：What’s this? Ss: 羊。T: Yes. It’s a sheep. 教读sheep数遍，并板书sheep(学生拼读)。并板书, 再

出示很多头羊的图片，教读sheep，T: What are these? They’re sheep.并板书。T: Look at these sheep. They’re so cute. T: Can you

help Old MacDonald shear a sheep(剪羊毛)? Follow me. Shear a sheep (师做动作，学生模仿).教师问：How many sheep are there? Let’s count。One sheep, two sheep (强调，two sheeps（×）) …thirteen sheep。

No, no, they are goats. Task2 Manage the farm T:If you want to work on the farm, you should learn to manage the farm. 1.教师利用课件出示几种动物，让学生几秒钟内记住，并说出来.教师指名说，并对学生给予表扬。

Task 3 Design（设计）

a new farm

1.(教师出示课件Old MacDonald的图片）Old MacDonald(音频)：Well done, Children! There are more and more animals on my farm. But I’m very busy. I need a new farm! Can you help me design（设计）

a new farm? (教师提前发给每组学生一张纸及动物卡片，让学生小组合作自行设计) 2.T：All right. Boys and girls，now design your new farm. Just like this. Then talk about your new farm. (教师示范)（播放歌曲：Everybody）

3.让学生小组集体描述(e.g. This is my farm. These are sheep, they ‘re so cute. Those are cows. They’re big and strong. ) 4.介绍与动物相关的一些谚语：

a black sheep害群之马

talk horse 吹牛

a wolf in sheep’s clothing 披着羊皮的狼

Love me, love my dog.(爱屋及乌。) Step4 Summery and homework 1. T: Today we have learned two sentences: What are these? They are …. And five new words: hen(s), cow(s), horse(s), sheep, goat(s)

2.（出示课件5）T: Boys and girls, animals are our friends. Let’s look at some pictures. T: How do you feel?
