Step1:Warm up

1. Sing an English song—Rain,Rain,Go Away

Step2:Revision

1. Show some pictures,ask and answer:What’s the weather like in…?It’s…Do you like …?Yes,I do./No,I don’t.

Step3:Presentation and drill

1. Show a picture(the sun is shining.),ask:What′s this?

What′s the weather like?Is it sunny today?Learn the word:

sunny.

2. Learn to say other new words by some pictures and practice reading them.

3. Close eyes and listen to the text.

4. Show the questions and listen again,then answer.

5. Read the dialogue together after the tape.

6. Read it in pairs.
