教学内容:Unit 4 I have a new friend (第1课时) 高台小学

教学目标:

知识目标: 1、To enable students listen, read and use the sentences :I have a new friend. who is my friend?. 2、To make students listen ,read and write the words: young , beautiful ,clever and thin. 3、The pronunciations of th. 能力目标: 1、Through listening, reading, role play, making dialogues students can listen,read and act out the dialogues even to recite the context. 2、Through learning the whole text ,we can let the students write a little composition about themselves according to their learning in the class. 3、情感目标: Let students help each other. 教学重点: To make students use the sentence: Is she beautiful? /young?/kind? Yes ,she is. 教学难点: The usage of “look like„”.Is this „? 教具准备: word cards, course ware,books, teaching tools.

教学流程:

Step 1 . Warming-up Exercises a. Greeting . B .Let’s chant (通过师生互动、问候,活跃课堂教学的氛围,拉近师生的距离,并且使学生尽快的进入英语的语境氛围。) Step 2 . Presentation and Practice 1. Look ! This is my new friend . Her name is Cindy.----- Introduce Cindy. (1)What’s his English name? (2) Where is he from?

(3) How old is he? (通过对朋友的介绍,直观的引出一些句型,并理解其含义) (4) Introduce Cindy’s family. Learn the new words. (多用形容词来介绍朋友的家人,初步感知本课生词。) 2.Ask and answer some questions (通过对 friend 的回忆,练习今天的重点句子。通过对比,进而引出old, tall, thin, beautiful等形容词,为下一步练习奠定基础。通过old 和 young的对比,加深对含义的理解。) 3.Ask and answer S1: Is she old? S2: Yes, she is. S3: Is she ...? S4: Yes/No,... (出示一些人物图片,搭建框架,学生自由讨论,为语篇打下基础。强调th发音。) 4.Pair work Talk about your friend. (给出框架,学生模仿,小组合作) 5.T:Is your friend clever? (通过最后一句讲解clever的含义,并配合PPT练习clever的发音。) 6.Listen and answer(初步感知课文内容,学习beautiful) 7.Ask and answer.(一步一步留白,脱离提示再次问答,巩固本课句型) 8.Fill in the blanks (出示三组图片,对本单元的内容进行巩固练习) 9.Dialogue (1)Listen and imitate (第一遍听音重复对话,提高学生的听说能力。初步对对话内容进行了

解。) (2)Read in a group(小组合作,练习对话。) (3)Retell the dialogue.

(以小组为单位进行原文复述,使学生对对话内容加强理解记忆。同时能够将自身已经掌握的词汇正确的运用到对话交流之中。) 10.Talk about your friend. (通过搭建框架和讨论,根据提示把单一的句子连在一起,进一步拓展思维,表达自己的想法,逐步为语篇输出打下基础。

Step 3 . Consolidation Write your friend. (完成由点—线—面—点的过程,通过前面阶梯的搭建,使学生能够将新知进一步运用于简单的实际语言交际和表达,形成语篇的输出,达到学以致用的教学目的。) Step 4 . Summary 1. The students talk about what they’ve learned in this class . 2. The subliming of emotion (学生总结本节课教学重点,鼓励学生多交朋友,使学生树立正确的情感、态度、价值观。) Step 5 . Assignment of Homework There are 3 different homework , students can choose to do it . a.
