教学目标

1、能听、说、认读单词或词组：sit, grass, hear, ant, worry, stuck, mud, pull, everyone。

2、能听懂、会说句子：Please don’t sit on me. One day I can help you. He is stuck in the mud. They pull Robin out of the mud. 教学重难点

1、重点：

（1）能听懂、理解并有朗读本故事。

（2）说、认读单词或词组：sit, grass, hear, ant, worry, stuck, mud, pull, everyone。

2、难点：能有感情地朗读课文，尝试复述课文内容。

VCD 教学过程

一、Pre-reading

1、师生问候。

2、Say the chant. (出示课件）

sad,

sad,

you are very sad. angry,

angry,

I’m angry.

worried,

worried,

Tom is worried. afraid,

afraid,

she’s afraid.

happy,

happy,

happy every day!

3、Say the words and draw faces for some words. 二、While-reading

first reading：(What’s this story about？) 让学生看课文课件，理解课文内容。

Second reading：

（Get to know the details of the story）

1、阅读前三段，然后回答问题。

（1）

1. What’s the weather like? （2）Who says “wait”? （3）Why is the ant afraid?

2、阅读接下来的三段，然后回答问题。

1.What’s the weather like?

2.How does Robin feel?

3.Who helps Robin?

3、教学单词：sit, grass, hear, ant, worry

（1）教师用简笔画在黑板上画出一些草，介绍说：This is grass. I like sitting on the grass. Look! Robin likes sitting on the grass, too.再在草地上画一个机器人。教师板书：sit、grass, 带读sit、

grass。

（2）在草地上再画一只蚂蚁，介绍说：This is an ant. It’s a little ant. 板书：ant, 学生学说单词ant。教师接着说：The ant is very small. Robin doesn’t see it. He will sit on the ant. So the ant is afraid. It says, “Please don’t sit on me. One day I can help you.” Robin hears, he says, “Don’t worry,

little ant. I won’t sit on you.”教师板书：hear, worry让学生说说hear, worry的意思并带读。

4、教学单词：stuck, mud, pull, everyone

（1）教师：Robin is stuck in the mud.教师板书：stuck mud,（出示课件）让学生明白这两个单词的意思并带读。

（2）教师拉着一位学生，说：I’m pulling him.板书：pull, 让学生边模拟拉的动作边说：Pull, pull, I’m pulling.

（3）教师问几位学生：Are you happy?得到肯定的回答后，教师指着全班说：Everyone is happy!板书：everyone并带读。

Third reading ：(What does the story tell us?) （1）再次阅读课文，让学生独立完成：

Number the pictures。

（2）学生独立完成：Fill in the blanks。

(情感教育：We should always be nice to each other.）

Fourth reading: (Try to read out the story) （1）播放教学视频，学生看视频，进一步理解课文内容。

（2）Read after the VCD ,then read it together. 三、Post-reading 1、Retell the story. 2、Try to continue the story. Homework

1、Listen and repeat.

2、Read and recite the text.
