Unit 1 How can I get there? C. Story time 东河中心学校 授课教师：吉萍萍

一．教学目标

1、复习巩固本单元所学的知识，检测掌握情况。

2、培养学生的听力能力。

3、能熟练运用next to，beside，near等方位词。

4、能读懂、理解story time部分的故事。培养团队合作意识。

二．教学重点

复习巩固本单元所学的知识，检测掌握情况。

三．教学难点

2、能熟练运用所学语言礼貌地问路和指路以及故事的理解,如:that Looks tasty, go that way ,finally。

四．教学方法

情境教学法，多媒体辅助教学法。

五．教学准备

教师准备多媒体课件、词卡。

六．教学过程

Step 1 Warming up and Revision A Free talk T: Where is.....? S: It’s.... . T: How can I get to ... .

S: ... . B Play a game“直升飞机来了”

Behind What a great museum! ......激发学生的学习兴趣,让学生在快乐中学习新知识。

首先，出示Let’s check的挂图，让学生根据图片猜测画面意思。

然后让学生浏览吐下的两个问题，做到心中有数。

播放录音，让学生根据听到的内容回答两个问题，在学生听的过程中做适当的引导。

再次播放录音，学生跟读。

出示小熊挂图，引导学生说出表示不同方位的单词，并填在图片相应的椭圆里。

讲解next to，

near，beside的用法区别。然后鼓励学生用这些方位介词造句，看谁造得又多又快。

在泰晤士河附近呈London Eye Big Ben Tower Bridge 22.

T: Where is the London Eye/ Big Ben...? (板书)

S: It’s near the Thames. While-reading 1.Zoom and Zip are in London now. Look at Zoom. He is fat. Zoom wants to get some food, but he don’t know the way to the shop. He asks the man. Can he get the food? Let the students watch the cartoon, then answer the question.

2.Read the story and answer the questions. (不出示答案,引导学生在文本中寻找答案或与同桌讨论答案)

Q1. Where is the London Eye? Q2. Is the Thames far from here? Q3. How much food does Zoom eat? 在第二问题解决后展示故事中的第三幅图片,继续追问How can Zoom get there from here?(板书)

3.Read the story again and discuss the question. Q4.Why does Zoom want to eat tang hu lu? 4.Listen to the story and follow the tape please. Let the students pay attention to the pronunciation and intonation.注意以下单词的发音:London Eye Thames finally

Post-reading Act out the story in the group. 让学生齐读Read and write部分的对话，检查学生的复习情况，纠正不正确的发音和语调。

然后请三名同学上台分角色表演对话，看谁模仿得最像。

学生需要不同的操练和巩固,此环节围绕故事主线循序渐进地展开,让学生登台表演故事将学生拉回现实生活,学以致用。

Step 3 Consolidation

Draw a map of Zhengzhou/Beijing/London... then make a dialogue with your partners. 让学生合作表演自己编写的对话。

小组分工合作,相互学习和帮助,展示的时候体验集体荣誉感,增强团结精神。

Step4 Summary

师生一起总结本课时的教学重点。

Step 5 Homework Listen and recite “story time”.

完成练习册中相关练习。
