To help the Ss to use the sentences:“What are you going to do during the vacation? I am going to…” to ask and answer.Then use these sentence patterns to write something.

VCD,PPT(教学课件),exercise paper
五、Teaching Procedures:
Step 1Warm-up
Sing a song: what are you going to do?
Step 2 Revision
1、Review the words with the PPT.
2、Review the sentences: “What are you going to do during the
vacation? I am going to…”
Step 3 Presentation and drills
1、Free talk with the students.
2、Learn the Story with the VCD.
3、Read the Story after the VCD, then read together.
4、Role-play.
Step 4 Practice
1、Do some exercises of a reading.
2、Writing.

To help the students to use the sentences:“What are you going to do during the vacation? I am going to…” to ask and answer. Then use these sentence patterns to write something about their vacation plans.
我所任教的五(1)班,一共27人,其中男生14人,女生13人。大部分学生对英语学习比较感兴趣,他们经过两年的英语学习,有一定的英语基础,形成了良好的听、说、读、写的学习习惯。部分学生还能做到课前预习的好***部分的学生上课时能够专心听讲,能够积极主动的发言,思想比较单纯,善于提问。我想通过这节课,进一步提高他们听、说、读、写的能力。
