英语报刊阅读建模课

广州英语牛津版教材的第四单元围绕“保护环境“的主题展开，以”保护树木“为主线。本节课由Unit 4 More Practice 部分亚马逊森林为引入点，以21世纪学生英文报作为课程拓展资源，增选了三篇环保主题类型的新闻：World is Running Out of Sand, Cleaning a mountain, Earth’s animals in crisis.

初一15班的学生大部分基础比较好，接收能力较强，在平时的学习中，小组讨论的氛围较好，但多缺乏站起来发言的自信和主动性，更愿意集体回答问题。

学生对于本单元的学习，已经通过阅读、听力、口语等篇章了解并掌握了关于“保护学情

树木“的一些基本内容和表达，·但是对于保护环境主题下的其他方面的涉略还是有所缺乏，知识面有待扩展，主题框架下的知识架构和思维品质有待构建。

对于上课的材料21世纪学生英文报，作为课题研究中的实验班，该班学生已经于本学期开学至今进行了一个月的英语报刊兴趣及思维主题阅读（主要是放在课外的自由阅读积累），但并没有尝试过堂上核心主题阅读。

1. 本节课尝试对报刊文本进行再次整合，结合课本主题提炼系列阅读课，形成核心创新点

主题英语报刊阅读模式，可以帮助教师和学生构建系统的主题阅读，从而落实英语学科核心素养的培养。

2. 在阅读中培养学生的辩证逻辑思维能力,增强学生保护环境的公民意识。

初中21世纪英文报刊主题式阅读教学模式的探究

目前，英文报刊作为一种课程拓展资源，逐渐被引进到初中英语阅读课堂当中，“英语报刊阅读”——ENR（English Newspaper Reading）进入了我们的视线。基于本校学情，本学期选取初一年级4个英语水平中上的班级试点使用《21世纪英文报》初二版。该报纸是一份英文时事周报，内容具有趣味性，丰富性等特点，对于辅助英语阅读教学有一定的优势。为了更科学地开展和推广英文报刊阅读课，在徐敏老师的带领下，本备组（肖丽敏，梁牵娣，伍良妹，张丽娜，杨艳婷）正在进行相关课题研究。

经过认真研读中学英语课程标准，基于建构主义理论及框架理论，课题研究组确定了以主题为导向创建英文报刊阅读教学模式。“教师在设计报刊阅读方式时，要建立各个环节之间的联系，建构一个有效的”活动网“和”阅读场“1。英文报刊主要是作为课程的拓展阅读资源，很多时候缺乏系统性和指导性，因此学生很难真正自主地深入地理解文本深层意义，对此，本课题组通过多层设计报刊主题阅读的方式来搭建主题阅读循环网：

具体的教学模式如下：

一、核心主题阅读：主题导入（教材课文）——搭建框架（思维导图）——报刊阅读（阅读策略）——交流提升（小组合作）——巩固深入（复述分享）——读后延伸（深度思考）——学习迁移（撰写报道）

1. 主题导入：结合本地教材及广州中考指南，提炼出12个主题：家庭生活、问题及建议，自然、世界与环境，个人兴趣与文娱，计划与安排、天气、旅游，日常生活，我的家庭、学校、朋友与周围的人，文化差异与帮助他人，历史与社会，古代文化及百科全书，动物，故事。在每单元授课结束后，根据相应主题选择合适的2-3篇新闻，课堂上用以旧带新的方式，通过本地教材的阅读文章引出导入主题。

2. 搭建框架：利用思维导图的方式，调动学生已有的基于该主题的认知，引导学生提炼出该主题下的知识框架或篇章结构，深化对主题的理解和认识。

3. 报刊阅读：通过阅读问题引导学生有目的完成1篇新闻的速读，通过学生回答问题来检测阅读效果，同时渗透英文报刊阅读策略。根据提示，学生带着任务进行自学，完成另外1-2篇新闻的阅读。

4. 交流提升：通过组内合作的方式帮助学生更好地理解阅读内容，并采用异组交流的方式进行知识补充提升。

5. 巩固深入：读完每篇新闻后，通过设置情境，指导学生采用演讲等复述方式，用自己的话去概括，摘录文中的重点句子，复述其内容。

6. 读后延伸：课堂上教师结合主题设置一个讨论题目，培养学生的批判性思维，同时提高学生产生课后阅读相关内容的兴趣和收获成就感。

7. 学习迁移：在阅读教学基础上，进行与阅读内容相关的写作，每堂核心主题课后布置让学生撰写相关主题下的图片新闻，一个学期后以小组合作的方式编写一份英文报纸。

二、兴趣主题阅读：课后学生可根据自己的兴趣和爱好，选择不同主题的文章来阅读，每周完成配套学案一份积累相关语言知识，利用课前3-5分钟进行分享。

三、思维主题阅读：学生在完成学案的时候选取的文章需要写出主旨大意及

点评。同时，每份21世纪英文报刊中会有一篇挑战原版阅读训练，完成Task4的阅读练习（读后点评，或故事续写，或分享自己的故事等）
