Step 1: Warming-up 1.

self-introduction T: Hello, everyone! Today I am your new teacher. I’m Miss Wu. You can

call me Miss Wu. I like eating. My favourite food is pie. Step 2: Presentation 1.

T: Your school is nice! I am happy today! I have a happy face. Are you happy? S1/S2: Yes. I’m happy. (T gives the happy faces.) T: here you are. But, on Friday, I am not happy. On Friday, I am at my school. If you see me there, you can ask “what’s the matter?” T: Can you ask?。T: I am sad. 轮流读sad. T and ss sing a chant together. (with music) Matter, matter, what’s the matter? Sad, sad, I’m sad. T: Do you want to guess? T: we use ”Are you....”教授thirsty, ill, tired.教师复述：what’s the matter? I’m tired. I don’t have a good rest on Friday. So I am sad. Now, let’s sing a chant. T: matter, matter, what’s the matter? Sad, sad, I’m sad. Ss: matter, matter...... 2.

（创设情境）T: Liu Tao has a football match today. Now, he is at home. Look at him. He is not good. What do you want to ask him? Ss: What’s the matter? T: let’s watch a cartoon and tick. 板书：Liu Tao, thirsty, tired. 3.

（自读课文图1,2,）T: Q1, What does Dad ask Liu Tao to do? Q2: Liu Tao is thirsty , so he says (说)

T：read and find the answer. S1: come and have a pie. T shows picture 1 and explain the meaning of “come and have” T: read picture 1 together. T: Q2’s answer. Who knows? S2: B T: please read the sentence: Can I have some water, Mum? T带读some water. T plays the tape.强调连读。Let ss read picture 2 together. （自读课文图3,4）T: Liu Tao is tired ,too. So he

says:

Step 3: Consolidation (Listen and read) T: read after the tape. Pay attention to the pronunciation and tone. (Reading time)T: Now it’s happy-reading time. You can read it by yourself or read in three. If you read in front of the class, you can get stars. (出示奖章). T: Who can read loudly for us? T asks one student to read it loudly. T:Which group can read in 3? Put up your hands. You can get presents.

Liu Tao has a happy family. It’s full of love. （教师做手势）What can we do for our family? Today your father and mother come back from work. He/she is tired/hungry/thirsty... What can you say? Work with partners and make a dialogue. Step 4: Summary and production We love our fathers and mothers. We also love our teachers and friends. We will help them.
