Step1：Warm up 1. Greetings 2. Sing a song Step2：Leading T: show the pictures of this unit. Ask: What is it? Ss: It is a spaceship. T: Very good! Today let’s learn “Module 6 Unit 2 The name of the spaceship is ShenzhouⅤ

Step3：Text teaching 1. T: Play the tape (twice). Have students look and listen. 2. Ss: Underline the new words “earth, buy, T-shirt, beautiful, present, space.”

3. T: Explain the words and sentences. 4. Ss: Read and spell the words. Step4：Presentation: Now let’s learn M6 U2, The name of the spaceship is Shenzhou. 1) Read the passage yourself, and answer these questions. a. What did Daming and Simon make? b. What is the name of the spaceship? Have the Ss read the passage and answer these two questions. They made a model of a Chinese spaceship.
