三、Explanation about the " present continuous tense" 1. 定义：现在进行时表示现在或当前一般时间正在进行的动作。 口诀：我用am，你用are，is用在他她它，单数名词使用is ，复数名词使用are 2. 动词ing的变化规律：

1）

直接加ing ，如： open-opening, clean-cleaning, meet-meeting, sing-singing, study-studying, „ 2）

去掉词尾不发音的e ，如：take-taking, dance-dancing, come-coming, drive-driving, have-having, use-using, write-writing, „ 3)一个元音字母加辅音字母的重读闭音节，双写最后的字母，加 ing , 如：sit-sitting, put-putting, get-getting, swim-swimming, run-running, shop-shopping „ 3.
