learning aims:

三、Explanation about the " present continuous tense" 1. 定义:现在进行时表示现在或当前一般时间正在进行的动作。 口诀:我用am,你用are,is用在他她它,单数名词使用is ,复数名词使用are 2. 动词ing的变化规律:

1)

直接加ing ,如: open-opening, clean-cleaning, meet-meeting, sing-singing, study-studying, „ 2)

去掉词尾不发音的e ,如:take-taking, dance-dancing, come-coming, drive-driving, have-having, use-using, write-writing, „ 3)一个元音字母加辅音字母的重读闭音节,双写最后的字母,加 ing , 如:sit-sitting, put-putting, get-getting, swim-swimming, run-running, shop-shopping „ 3. Look at the pictures ,do actions and then express them with "present continuious tense" 四.Consolidation:do exercises and have a discussion 1.Mr Zheng (read) a book now. 2.The rabbits (jump) now. 3.Look ! Tom and John (swim). 4.My brother (make) moon cakes. 5.Look! She (dance). 6.We (have) an English class now. 7. Listen! Someone is (sing). 8. They (fly) the flag now. 9. The man (play) the flute now.
