1.The analysis of teaching content

This class is from second A of Unit 4 Primary School Grade 4, which is published by EEC. The main topic is about how to express our feelings in our daily life. It 's the speaking lesson. It is very common, so it will be very useful and helpful for students. 2.The analysis of students The students in this period have learnt some basic English skills such as listening and speaking, but not very well. In addition, they are full of curiosity and very active. So I will give them lots of opportunities to practice in the class. 3.Teaching aims According to the syllabus and the analysis of material and students, I want to explain my aims from three aspects.

Knowledge aims: students can master three words exciting , scared and roller coaster. And sentences “Are you scared? Yes , I am . No , I’m not .

Ability aims :students can use the new words and sentence to communicate with others. Their listening and speaking skills can be improved. Emotional aims: After this class. students will understand how to express their feelings. 4.Teaching key points and difficult points

The key points are to use the new words and the sentences. The difficult points for students is how to use these words and sentences to communicate with others in their life appropriately. 5.Teaching procedures Warming-up

(1)Greeting (2)Show a picture of amusement park and ask students what do they like when going to the amusement park. If someone refer to new words of this lesson ,I will introduce the corresponding English name appropriately. Presentation

Show three pictures and ask students to act ,others guess . We can say that he/she wants to run , jump and so on .

In this English class, I used a lot of pictures to realize the revision and teaching of the new words. I found that they were quite attractive.
