The topic of Unit 2 is Winter in Canada, which mainly tells Li Ming's arrival in Canada. He had a good time with his friends in winter. Then this 教材

I design my teaching plan according to the new curriculum standard, pay attention to students’ feelings and needs, to create a relaxed, democratic and harmonious teaching atmosphere. I design all kinds of activities to develop students' ability to use language in a comprehensive way.
First,I design a self-learning part. Let students learn autumn and winter in their groups. They make pictures and describe the seasons. In this way , it can cultivate students' ability to study independently and to use language comprehensively. Otherwise, it can show the students' abilities of different levels.
Another merits I think is the listening practice. I design it to be an exercise, students listen and fill in the blanks, then sing along with it. It can consolidate knowledge contents and cultivate students’
reading ability.
Then, there is a pronunciation and intonation part in this lesson. I interspersed it into the questions and answers session of the class instead of teaching it as an independent teaching part.
Finally, I show some pictures I took in autumn and a paragraph about my favourite season. Then let students to describe their favourite seasons. In this way, students can feel the seasons visually and clearly. And can cultivate their oral expression ability and ability to do things in English.
