Stage 2 While-task

1. T: In summer holiday, I can have a trip. We can go there and have a nice trip. Now let’s guess the place. T: Show the pictures and riddles 2.

(1) T: I receive a letter from my friend. Let’s look. The letter from the Chens. (2) T: Show a chant

(3) T: Show some pictures on the beach

Look, what are they doing? To elicit: make a sandcastle, play beach ball, take a sand bath, have a sunbath, collect shells, sail a boat (4) To teach: collect shells T: Show the picture T: Look, I can make a cow/ a turtle / wind-bell with shells. What can you do with shells?

Ps: Enjoy the music and pictures. And guess the riddle.

观看图片，听着音乐，朗读谜语来引出Sanya，初步感知故事的背景。

通过一封信件和一首Chant将学生带到沙滩，为语言学习创设情境。

通过直观形象图片让学生知道人们可以在沙滩上常做的事。并顺利引入新单词shell, collect, sail的教学

给学生一些范例后，让他们自己说一说，激活思维。
