Step 1 Warming up

1.Greetings

T:Hello,boys and girls, Nice to meet you! I’m your new teacher. Would you tell me your name?

(走到一位同学前) What’s your name?

S:My name is ……

T: Nice to meet you! Sit down please. (走到另外一位同学前) What’s your name?

S:My name is ……

2.Let’s sing a song <>

3.Lead in

Today ,We are going to learn Unit 2 What time is it?Now open your book and turn to page 15.

T: Look! What’s this in my hands?

Ss: It’s a 钟表

T: Yes,It’s a clock. Ok. Look carefully ! What time is it?

Ss: It’s 7….

T: Yes. It’s seven o’clock.教授o’clock 。What time is it now?

Ss: It’s 8 o’clock…

教师反复联系此句型,让学生熟悉这一句型。

Step2 Presentation

1、Look at the screen What time is it now?

Ss:It’s 9 o’clock.

T: Very good!It’s time for English class(板书English class)What’s the meaning?

Ss:英语课

First, read after teacher. Then,divided into groups

2、In the same way teach music class 、PE class。

3、教师继续问What time is it now?学生回答后。教师紧接着说Oh,It’s time for lunch(板书lunch)Then follow the teacher .Last, Boys stand up to read. Girls stand up to read.教师对表现好的组及时给予鼓励。

4、T:Look at the clock What time is it now? Can you tell me?

Ss: It’s 6 o’clock

T:Excellent! It’s time for dinner. (板书dinner)用升降调带读dinner

T:What time is it now? Please tell me

Ss: It’s 8 o’clock

T:Right! It’s time for breakfast .Let’s drink some milk!把breakfast分两部分break 和fast来教。然后大小声操练此单词,最后one by one。

Step3 Practice

1.Now,Let’s play a game :sharp eyes 教师播放单词,学生迅速说出单词,说对多的获胜。

2、Look at John’s day .At first read after teacher. Then work in pairs in this structure.

Step4 Consolidation

Study “Let’s do” and act it out!

Step5 Homework.
