教学内容分析:

本课来源于重大版小学英语五年级教材第一课时。

本课主要学习五个单词:house, bedroom, study, kitchen, living room.

一个句型:-Where is the study? –It’s on the left/right. 3.

本课的内容和生活息息相关,是学习英语的基础。

二、

教学目标:

1.知识的目标: students can master the five new words: house, bedroom, study, living room, kitchen, as well as the sentence pattern: - Where is the study?

-It’s on the left / right. 能力的目标: the class can improve students’

ability of speaking. 情感的目标:by the class, students can talk with others in English, so that they will love life. 2.难点: students can use the new sentence pattern to talk with others. 3.难点: the right pronunciation of the new words.

三、学习者特征分析:

1. 让学生提前对课文的图画内容大概感知本课的学习内容。

2. 通过对本课的预习,学生大概知道本课即将学习内容。

3. 通过各种不同的单词教授方法让学生初步掌握新学单词。通过例子展示和小组活动让学生掌握本课句型。

四、教学过程: 1.warm-up and lead-in(热身和导入):

1) normal greetings.

2)sing a song together- ten little fingers。(目标:由欢乐的歌曲带领孩子们进入课堂。)

3)play PPT, present picture of “door”

of a room, then ask students “What’s this?” and “do you want to open it and have a look?”. Then enjoy the beautiful picture of “living room, study, bedroom, kitchen, house.”

2.presentation(呈现): Before the class, draw a picture of “house” on the blackboard, and divide the house into two parts: “left” and “right”.

step 1: present picture of “living room”, and then tell them in this room we can watch TV, and we call it “living room”, and then teach the words. And write it on the blackboard of “left part”. Step 2: present picture of “study”, and then tell them in this

room we can read books, and we call it “study”, and then teach the words. And write it on the blackboard of “right part”. Step 3: present picture of “bedroom”, and then tell them in this room we can sleep, and we call it “bedroom”, and then teach the words. And write it on the blackboard of “left part”. Step 4:present picture of “kitchen”, and then tell them in this room

we can cook the food, and we call it “kitchen”, and then teach the words. And write it on the blackboard of “right part”. Step 5: present song “Where is the toy car”, then ask students to answer it. Then present the question “ Where is the study?”

Help students get the right answer:“It’s on the left/right.”

3. Practice(练习): Words: four ways to practice the words: group reading, “balloons “, one by one, “magic fingers”. Sentences: many questions to ask students“where is the study/bedroom/bathroom/living room?”

4. Consolidation(巩固):

Group work : four in group: design their house and then ask and answer the part of the rooms.

Then show it. (目标:小组活动增加和同学的交流,达到合作学习的目的)

5. Conclusion(总结):by this class, we have learnt four words and one sentence pattern.

Then play a song “my home” to conclude. 6.Homework(作业): Practice the words and the sentence pattern with partners. 五、教学策略选择与信息技术融合的设计:
