Story Corner—Bobby learns swimming 教学设计

一、

教学内容：

本节课选自重大版五年级上册二单元的Story Corner 。

Bobby learns swimming. 波比学游泳的故事。本次赛课的学校为实验一小，该校学生使用的英语教材为外研社版，虽然知识体系稍有不同，但本节课内容也比较符合该校五年级的学生。

教学目标：

知识目标：

1.学生能理解并运用单词pond/bank/swim/sit等词汇。

2.学生能理解并运用句型It’s time to learn…./You’re safe now./I can… 等句型。

能力目标： 1.学生能借助动画整体感知故事，听懂故事，了解故事概要。

2.借助看图配文、听音做动作等形式模仿人物、体验感知故事、理解故事。

3.小组合作自学阅读故事，表演故事。

情感目标：

1.激发学习兴趣，塑造合作精神，热爱英语。

2.通过本故事学习，培养学生勇敢，敢于尝试，相信自己的精神。

三、

教学重难点： 重点：学生能听懂故事大意，学生能在图片和教师的帮助下分角色朗读故事，并能表演故事。

难点：在新的情境中运营所学词汇和新句型。

四、教学过程

一、warm-up（2分钟）

1.greeting: Let’s begin our class. I’m Peter. Good morning everyone.

2.全体起立：Let’s sing and dance.

3.模仿动物。

4.引出本课精神主题：Be brave! You try, you can. 二、lead-in（3分钟）

1.Today, we will learn a story about a baby duck. His name is Bobby. 引出课堂：Bobby learns swimming. 2.分组：Today, all of you are ducks. We will divide into 6 groups. duck1,duck2...并介绍规则

3.介绍故事背景：This is Bobby. Bobby lives by a pond. 教拼读pond. Everyday, he goes to the pond with his mother. 4.看一看，听一听：看动画视频

5.提问：Bobby can swim now, yes or no? 三、presentation（15分钟）

Picture1 1.Look, there is a pond. This is bobby. This is Bobby mother.

引出句子：Mother always swims in the pond.教读always和swims in the pond. How about Bobby？

引出句子：Bobby always sits on the bank.教读sits on the bank. 2.听音跟读。

3.Bobby always sits on the bank. What will Bobby mother say? 引出听音跟读句子：Bobby, it’s time to learn swimming.教读learn 4.老师示范后，选学生，选组，模仿Bobby mother说这句话。

5.But what will Bobby say?听音跟读：The water is cold. I don’t like it.

6.老师示范后，选学生，选组，模仿Bobby说这句话。

7.带领学生Let’s read together.

问学生what happened?----引出a big cat is coming . 10.听音跟读：Look out...jump jump down. 11.学生全体起立，three fingers turn to a cat，老师模仿猫抓住一个学生。

顺用句子：You’re safe now. But you’re not safe now.

引出句子：Help！Help！

带领学生：Jump jump down! Picture7-8 12.Now，Bobby is in the pond. What will Bobby mother say? Guess and say!找学生发挥想象说一说。 13.听教读句子。

四、Practice（5分钟）

1.It’s time to listen and read the story in group.

2.It’s time to read the story loudly with emotions and actions.

1.分组表演故事：角色介绍，游戏规则

2.Bobby有个朋友，看视频

3.再看视频，猜一猜他们都可能在说些什么。

六、Wrap-up（2分钟）

1.Be brave. You try, you can. 2.homework. 3.check the scores并表扬。
