收获:有了先学后教,以学定教,顺学而导的意识,并且在课堂教学中尽力去做。在备课过程中,不再一直想我要教会学生什么,而是去设计怎样让学生自己去学。在教学过程中,先让学生个体学习,再小组内交流,然后展示结果。

不足:1 课堂的导入部分拖沓。
2 讲课过程中语言重复现象严重。
3 课程衔接上不能承上启下,教学环节衔接不紧凑。
4课堂小组活动没有体现。
