收获：有了先学后教，以学定教，顺学而导的意识，并且在课堂教学中尽力去做。在备课过程中，不再一直想我要教会学生什么，而是去设计怎样让学生自己去学。在教学过程中，先让学生个体学习，再小组内交流，然后展示结果。

不足：1 课堂的导入部分拖沓。

2 讲课过程中语言重复现象严重。

3 课程衔接上不能承上启下，教学环节衔接不紧凑。

4课堂小组活动没有体现。
