一、模块教学目标

《牛津英语》3BModule3的教学主题是Things around us。通过三个教学单元(Shapes, Colours, Seasons)的学习,使学生能描述身边事物的基本形状;能进一步描述不同天气、不同季节等事物的颜色变化;能比较具体地描述四季的特征以及人们的活动。

通过本模块的教学,发展学生在相关语境中运用语言的能力和整合旧知的能力,养成辨别单复数的习惯,在螺旋式上升中提高学生语言能力。

二、单元教学目标

1、正确、熟练掌握核心词汇sky, sea, mountain, river, 拓展词汇violet, light green, dark green, 知晓词汇grasshopper, far away,beg

2、熟练运用核心句型–What colour is/are…?

–It’s/They’re…

3、根据所提供的语境,表演对话。

4、结合story map,在阅读故事的过程中,理解故事,梳理出因果关系。

第三课时

学情分析

本节课的教学对象是本校三年级的学生,学生对英语有着较浓厚的兴趣,语言基础和语言能力整体良好。经过近三年的学习,学生的听、说能力有了一定的进步,并且已经初步养成了课外阅读英语读物的习惯,在课堂上需在阅读技能和策略上给予指导。

在学习本课之前,学生已经能熟练地描述大自然中各种事物的颜色,并能对四季的特征进行简单的描述。为本课时学习故事“The ant and the grasshopper”奠定了语言基础。

教学目标:

1、知识与技能

1)根据故事情节知晓词汇:grasshopper, far away,beg

2)理解句型Look at…It’s/They’re…(colour)

…(season) comes. The grasshopper…The ant…

2、过程与方法

1) 能在朗读、表演故事片断的过程中体会人物的情感,能在阅读故事的过程中掌握一定的阅读策略。

2) 能在教师的帮助下梳理文本逻辑,完成story map的填写,并尝试根据story map复述故事。

3) 能借助story map搭建故事框架,尝试续编故事。

3、情感态度价值观

1)理解故事情节的因果关系:蚂蚁在春、夏、秋三个季节勤恳劳作,而蚱蜢不是睡觉就是玩乐,导致到了冬天后蚂蚁衣食无忧,而蚱蜢却又饥又冷,只能乞讨求生。

2)通过寓言故事中人物的行为对比,明白“No pains, no gains”(一分耕耘一分收获)的道理。

The ant and the grasshopper

Ant--A Grasshopper—G A: One, two, work hard! Three, four, all day!

Grasshopper, come and help me.

G: Hm.. It’s warm. I like sleeping in spring. Ah! What a beautiful day!

A: Look at the grass. It’s light green. Spring comes. It’s time to get food for winter. G: What? Winter? Winter is far away.

A: One, two, work hard!

Three, four, all day!

Grasshopper, come and help me.

G: Hm..It’s too hot. I like sleeping in summer. Ah! What a hot day!

A: Look at the grass. It’s dark green. Summer comes. It’s time to get food for winter. G: What? Winter? Winter is far away.
