一、教材内容

本节课是《开心英语》三年级上册

Unit5 Happy Birthday的第二课时，教学内容为Story部分。

二、学生分析

本课时的授课对象是小学三年级的学生。这些学生刚开始学习英语，虽然词汇量不多，基础也不牢固，但是他们对英语有强烈的好奇心和兴趣，也有相应的英语学习的意识，具备简单的英语语言运用能力，他们在课堂上表现出了积极参与课堂和乐于表达的良好学习习惯。对于本节课的教学内容来说，是关于生日的话题，涉及到问别人几岁及回答，还有数字的学习，学生对此充满了好奇，所以他们更加乐于参与本课的活动。

三、教学目标：

1、知识目标

⑴

能听懂、会说和会读6个单词：birthday, old, look, candle, that, right ⑵

能听懂、会说和会读句型：How old are you? I’m...How old is your sister? She is … That’s right. 2.能力目标

能在正确运用新词和新句的基础上，在真实的环境里运用自如。

3、情感态度和学习策略

⑴通过启发式教学途径，鼓励学生拓展思维，把对话内容和生活实际联系起来，使其更好地掌握和使用对话内容。

⑵帮助学生了解中外文化差异，在生日时吃什么

四、教学重难点

1.重点：能听懂、会说和会读6个单词：：birthday, old, look, candle, that, right 能听懂、会说和会读句型：How old are you? I’m...How old is your sister?

T: You did a good job. Now let’s sing a song: Ten little candles dance. Step2. Presentation A.Pre-reading 1.Sing a song: Happy birthday to you T: Excellent. Now look at me.（戴上生日头饰）Today is my birthday. What can you say to me?(Happy birthday) Can you sing a song for me? Happy Birthday to you.
