Step 1. 准备活动(warm-up)

(1)Greeting

T:How are you today?

S:...

(2)Play a video about fruit for leading out the title.

T:Let’s enjoy a song.

Step 2. 导入(lead-in)

Show the picture of the farm

T:Today, We are going to visit Uncle John’s farm. Before our tour,

We should learn some new words.

Step 3. 学习新单词

(1)( Show pictures of various fruits.)

T:What’s this? (You can say in Chinese).

S:.......

T:Yes,It’s a....(apple/banana/orange /pear/watermelon...)

(2)Play a game: I say , you guess

(3)Show the pictures of the same fruits’plural form for teaching the students know the plural form of the words.

T:Look,there are many fruits in Uncle John’s farm. Let’s look at the first one. What are these?

S:They’re....(apples/oranges/pears/watermelons......)

(4)Summarize the knowledge points one: the plural form of new words.

(5)Story time(关于水果的故事)

T:OK,Our tour in the farm is over .But there is something interesting happen in the forest.

(6)Review the sentence: What are these? They’re......

Step 4. 总结

Lead the students read the words.
