Teaching content:

Unit1 Hello, the first period (Story time & Fun time & Song time) Teaching objectives: 1.

Through this class, the ss will be able to have a general understanding of “Hi/Hello”

“Good morning.” and “Good afternoon.”

Ss will be familiar with the main characters: Miss Li, Su Hai, Yang Ling, Mike, Wang Bing and Liu Tao. 3.

Ss will be able to great people according to different contexts. Teaching focus and predicted difficulties: 1.

To great people using “Hi/Hello!”

“Good morning.” and “Good afternoon.”

Pre-reading (1)

T invite ss to sing the song “Good morning.” （这里师生一起唱歌）

T have a free talk with ss:

T: Hello, I’m Miss Ni. (这里简单说一下Miss/Mr. 的区别，用PPT显示) I’m your English Teacher. Let’s learn English. Ok? (举起英语书，不要求学生能全部听懂，但是要知道接下来老师要的是关于这本英语书的内容。

ss: OK. (如果学生不会回答，就适当提示) T：Now class begins. Hello, class. (老师朝学生挥手，让学生初步意识到老师在和他们打招呼) ss: Hello.(引导学生读)

(3) T show the picture of the ss picture and know them: T: Look! Who are they? Liu Tao, Su Hai, Yang Ling, Wang Bing, Miss Li, Mike.(这里用PPT认识新人物并且拿出头饰然后操练句型”Hello, I’m Su Hai.” “Hello, I’m Yang Ling” 可以T做例子然后让学生操练) 2.

T discusses the pictures with ss picture by picture. Picture1: ①Who are they? ②What are they talking? (这里利用PPT简单提一下who和what，并引导他们回答)

(板书in the morning 和Good morning)

(利用PPT出示问题，让学生了解上午打招呼的方法并指出上午的时间范围是～12 o’clock。

然后利用头饰进行act)

Picture 2&3: ①Who are they? ②What are they talking?

(板书Hi=Hello) (这里T可以告诉学生Hi=Hello并指出Hi更为亲近。然后利用头饰进行act) Picture4: 这里先让学生猜class的意思class（C）

After-reading (1) Fun time,play and say. T:Now let’s play a game

Play chess.(教师准备一个骰子，让学生抛，做对话练习)

(2) Magic eyes: T guide ss to find the characters and give 头饰

to ss. (让学生快速辨别句子和人物图片。用人物的头饰和出现的句型以便进行下面的对话练习)

(3) Look and say: T show different clocks and ask ss how to greet people at the time（用PPT展示，让学生利用现实情况进行操练。）
