Step 1. Preparation 1.

Enjoy a song and answer What’s this song about? S: It’s about seasons. （教师领读season）

Look at the aims of this unit Step 2. Presentation 1.

Enjoy the music and the pictures T: Both the music and the pictures are about seasons.

How many seasons are there in a year? S: Four. T: What are they? S: Spring, summer, autumn, winter. (跟读)

T: You know, in spring, it is warm（领读）.

I fly kites（领读）. 3.

Look at the pictures and say. In spring, it is warm. I …. (play basketball, draw pictures, fly kites, ride a bike, play football, go boating)

Look and say In spring, we fly kites. In summer, we go swimming. In autummn, we have picnics. In winter, we make snoemen. Step 3. Practice 1.

Watch the cartoon and find What’s the weather like in summer, autumn and winter? In spring, it is warm. In summer, it is hot. In autumn, it is cool. In winter, it is cold. （领读）
