一、教学目标：

1.通过阅读趣味故事复习巩固本单元所学语言Is that the…?Yes，it is./No，it’s not. This is……

2.能力目标：

（1）100%的学生在语言、图片的帮助下理解故事内容，并能朗读故事。

（2）95%的学生能表演古树，并能恰当运用故事的语言。

3.情感目标：感受学校的漂亮与温馨，培养学生对热爱学校的情感。

二、教学重难点：

1.重点：学生能在语言、图片的帮助下读懂故事，并运用正确的语音语调朗读故事。

2.难点：学生能表演故事并在实际情景中运用所学语言。

三、教学准备：

相关音视频、图片、卡片

四、教学过程：

Step1 Preparation T：hello，boys and girls.Today we will have a funny class，and there are three groups.If you do well ，you can get a mark.come on！

1.教师播放歌曲《My school》

（1）

学生和老师一起拍手唱歌曲。

（2）Answer the question：What is the song about？

2.Review The song is about school，there are many rooms in the school John’s school has many rooms，What are they？ Sharp eyes. (1)快看快说游戏复习单词句子。

（2）Talk about John’s school like this ：

Is that the…? Yes,it is./No,it isn’t. Step2 Presentation 1.通过看文本图、听对话让学生感知文本。

出示课本情景图问：Who are they？Guess！

Watch and find：Where are they？

They are in the hippo’s . Where are they？

2.（1）Read picture2.3.4.5and circle:Where do they visit in Hippo’s school? (2)Watch picture 2.3.4.5and find:Where do they visit in Hippo’s school? 再次看视频，找出小动物们参观的课室。

用PPT出示lunch room的图片由hungry到lunch room 运用U的短音发音规则让学生试着拼读lunch，运用图片帮助学生理解意思。由一名学生当小老师教读句型Is that the lunch room？

3.Read picture 5 and find：（学生读第五幅图内容并找出）Is that the computer room？

学生第五幅图内容回答no. 教师问:How does the Hippo answer? No,It ‘s not .What’s meaning?教师引导学生说出It means：No，it isn’t. 4.Watch picture 6 and find：What does the hippo say？

It’s time for lunch !在出示钟表上12点的时刻引导学生思考句型的意思It ‘s time for lunch 。

Let’s chant Time for lunch I t’s time for lunch. 通过chant突破难点It’s time for lunch. 5.(1) Read the whole story and think it over ：Where is Zoom？
