Greeting:

T: I’m glad to be here to share this lesson with all of you. Good morning, boys and girls. Warm-up:

T: we have leant an English song, do you remember? Let’s sing the song together.

Leading-in:

T: Guys, I will show you some pictures about animals. Do you want to know them?

Ss: A cut dog. T: Yes, It’s a cute dog. Now, I’ll help you remember this expression skillfully.

Show the other pictures of animals, then help students to remember and use these words skillfully. Presentation T: Now, guys. Please listen carefully, What’s this?

S: A dog. T: It’s a dog.

Then show this sentence to the students, What’s this? It’s__________.

Practice

1.

let’s play a game, I need two students come to here, I’ll show the word card ,other students read it loudly together, you two should show the animals card which conforms with the word card as quickly as possible. 2.

Look, find and say. Show the half picture of animal, then ask students to guess what’s this.

Consolidation

Help students consolidate the sentences and words with game, like bomb game, turntable game, and so on.

Homework

When you go home, please tell your family or your friends the expressions of animals you have learnt today. Blackboard design:
