教材内容与分析:
本课是一节以天气为主题的复习课,学生将在本课中对今天以及过去的天气进行询问。教学设计为会话教学。在本课中,学生将运用所学有关天气的单词,如:sunny, windy, rainy, cloudy, snowy, stormy, foggy, smoggy;核心句型是:How’s the weather today? 及回答:It’s +天气。
How was the weather yesterday/ the day before yesterday/ last Saturday/ on Sunday? 及回答:
It was +天气。本课的的难点在于学生能正确的运用现在时和过去时这两种时态来对天气进行提问。本课围绕天气展开,在教学的过程中,将天气与环境问题相结合,让学生了解现在的环境污染状况,培养学生的环境保护意识。
学情分析:
我所执教的是三年级,本班学生通过一二年纪的英语积累,已经掌握了一定的语言交际能力。同时掌握了一定的自学以及小组合作学习的方法。学生对于英语学习,有着十分浓厚的兴趣。本课中设计到的有关天气的单词,95%以上的学生能够正确表达以及运用;本课的核心句型

,85%以上的同学能够正确区分现在时和过去时的用法,部分同学可能在口语表达中忽视时态的运用,但在提醒下还是能及时改正过来。因此在教学的过程中,要注意学生时态的运用。
教学目标及重难点:
(一)知识与技能
Words:sunny, windy, rainy, cloudy, snowy, stormy, foggy, smoggy Sentences:①How’s the weather today?
It’s +天气.
②How was the weather yesterday/ the day before yesterday/ last Saturday/ on Sunday?
It was +天气. Speaking: 学生通过本课的学习,在日常生活中,能对今天以及过去天气进行提问,并且对天气情况进行简单的描述
重难点:1. 能正确表达有关天气的单词:sunny, windy, rainy, cloudy, snowy, stormy, foggy, smoggy。
2. 能正确地对今天以及过去天气进行提问:
①How’s the weather today?
It’s +天气.
②How was the weather yesterday/ the day before yesterday/ last Saturday/ on Sunday?
It was +天气.
3. 区分现在时和过去时的用法。
(二)过程与方法
1. 以学过的日常交际用语开课,如
“Good afternoon!/ How are you this afternoon?”
不仅拉近了老师与学生之间的距离,也巩固了孩子的日常交际用语。
2. 课前三分钟,一名学生介绍伦敦的天气情况,引出本课的主题:Weather。
3. 通过Brainstorming,学生对所学有关天气单词进行快速复习。
4. 引出外教Ben,运用一段他对家乡天气的报道,学生完成天气表,对本课的核心句型进行练习与巩固。
5. 运用武汉雾霾的天气图与Turkey, Brazil, South Korea进行对比,对学生进行情感渗透,强调保护环境的重要性。
6. 运用三幅图引出我与三个朋友的对话,小组合作,对对话文本进行提问,巩固本课核心句型。
7. 升华主题,培养学生的环境保护意识。
(三)情感态度与价值观
通过本课的学习,让学生对武汉天气状况有所了解,提高学生对环境污染的关注度,培养学生环境保护意识。

教学过程及步骤:
Step 1: Warm-up 1.
Greetings. Ask about the weather. T: Good afternoon,boys and girls. How are you today? How’s the weather today? 设计意图:拉近与学生之间的距离,并通过询问天气,为本课主题做铺垫。

Three-minute show: speech:”the weather of England”
设计意图:给学生一个舞台,去展示英语才能,同时也能引出本课主题:
Weather。

Brainstorming
T: Look at the pictures and say the weather. 设计意图:快速复习巩固有关天气单词。
Step2: Presentation 1.
Introduce Ben, listening to a weather report, then finish the weather chart. T: Look! Who’s he? Ss: Ben. T: Today he is the weather reporter to tell us the weather of his hometown. Let’s listen, then finish the weather chart. 设计意图:利用学生熟悉的外教Ben, 提高他们的学习积极性,
同时对听力有一定锻炼。

T: How’s the weather today? Choose one S to answer. S1: It’s rainy. T shows the sentences. Boys ask, girls answer together. ②

设计意图:利用师生,生生的对话,操练和巩固本课的核心句型。

Show pictures of Turkey、Brazil, and South Korea. Compare Wuhan with this three countries. Tell Ss the importance of protecting environment. 设计意图:让学生关注武汉的天气情况,提高学生环境保护意识。
Step 3: Practice 1.
Introduce three friends, show the chats with them, practice asking and answering. T shows one friend’s photo. T: What do you want to know about him? Give Ss some tips to ask the questions. Choose Ss to answer. What’s her name? Where is she? How’s the weather today? How was the weather yesterday? Then all the Ss read these questions. Ss read the chat in roles by themselves, then T interviews some Ss about these questions. 2.
Ss work in pairs to finish other two chats, practice asking and answering, then finish the table. 3.
Choose two groups to ask and answer in the front. 设计意图:丰富了本课的语言,巩固了重要句型,同时也培养了学生合作学习的意识。
Step4:Consolidation:

June, 5th is World Environment Day. It’s very important to protect environment. What can we do to make Wuhan better? Choose one or two to answer. Then show the pictures, lead Ss to say the sentence: We can plant more trees, we can go to school by bike or on foot, we can save water We can’t spit everywhere, we can’t throw the litters everywhere, we can’t use plastic bags.
设计意图:科普课外知识,6月5日是世界环境日,让学生明白保护环境的重要性,让学生
了解保护环境从自身做起,培养学生的环保意识。
