教学内容:

Part C Story time

教学目标:

1.学生能够了解学校内的一些场所,复习巩固本单元所学的学校功能室词汇:library, gym, music room, computer room, teacher’s office. 2.学生能够理解和掌握this,that的正确含义,能够根据实际情景,灵活运用What is this/that? Is this /that……?进行提问,并做出正确的回答。

3.学生能够理解lunch room的功能,并在实际情景中学会运用句子: I’m hungry. It’s time for lunch. I’m full.

4.学生通过故事的学习,了解学校各功能室的名称和位置,感受学校的漂亮和温馨,从而激发对学校的热爱。

教学重点:

学生能够理解lunch room的功能,并在实际情景中学会运用句子:I’m hungry. It’s time for lunch. I’m full.

教学难点:

学生能够理解并朗读故事内容,并运用所学知识进行角色扮演。

教具准备:

PPT课件,单词卡片,动物头饰,A4纸。

教学过程:

Step1:Warm-up

播放Let’s do录音,学生跟唱,并做相应的动作。

Go to the library. Read a book.

Shh……Be quiet!

Go to the teacher’s office. Say hello.

Hi, Miss White.

Go to the playground. Play football.

Yeah! We win!

Go to the garden. Water the flowers.

Wow! Beautiful!

Step2:Revision

1.PPT图片展示,复习功能室词汇:library, gym, music room, computer room, teacher’s office.

(1)Guess riddles

We can see many books in it .Where is it ?

We can play football in it .Where is it ?

We can sing and dance in it . Where is it ?

We can see many computers in it. Where is it ?

We can see many teachers in it ? Where is it ?

(2)Say quickly

教师PPT图片快速展示学校各功能室的图片,让学生说出相应的英语,看谁反应最快。

2.自制卡片和通过PPT图片,复习巩固本单元所学主要句型:What’s

this/that? Is this/that……?Yes, it is./No, it isn’t.

(1)教师自制单词卡片,通过闪卡让学生猜测是什么词汇,用What’s thi s? Is this……?进行提问,并引导学生进行相应的回答。

(2)通过呈现PPT图片,用What’s that? Is that……?进行提问,并引导学生作出相应的回答。

Step3:Lead-in

教学短语:lunch room.句子:I’m hungry. It’s time for lunch. I’m full. PPT 图片展示时钟图片,引入一个具体的情境询问学生:指着时钟说It’s 12 o’clock. I’m hungry. It’s time for lunch.做饥饿动作,询问学生:Which room should I go?导出短语:lunch ro om。之后装作吃完东西,做出吃饱的动作。引出句子:I’m full.让学生理解句子含义。Step4: Presentation

询问学生:Which room do you like best? --I like…….然后引出I like library, too. There are many books. I like storybooks. 接着教师说给大家讲一个小故事。

教师先做背景介绍:

T: Z oom and zip are at school.The school is very beautiful! But we can’t find Zoom?

1.观看Story time教学视频,了解故事内容,然后让学生回答问题。

(1)Where is Zoom?

(2)How many rooms in the school? What are they?

2.听故事教学录音,模仿故事中人物的语音、语调学说一下句子:

How beautiful!

Is that the lunch room?

I’m hungry.

It’s time for lunch.

I’m full.

3.鼓励学生模仿故事人物语音、语调,带着头饰进行角色扮演。Step5: Consolidation& Extension

Introduce your school

教师准备纸张把班级分为三组,让学生简单画下学校的路线以及各个功能教室所在地,并将单词卡片贴在白纸上,之后请学生根据本单元所学短语和句型自编对话,每组选择一位代表上台向别人介绍自己理想中的学校。

Step6: Homework

1. Listen to and read the story.

2.Make a new dialogue according to the story.

3. Review the words and sentences of this unit.
