教学反思：

一、设计思路

本次我执教的是译林版四年级下册Unit5 seasons。本单元的story time以小诗的形式呈现，介绍一年四季的名称、天气、活动以及对各个季节的喜爱之情。课文层次清晰，非常适合画思维导图。因此，在设计思路上以思维导图为依托，以seasons为话题中心，除了逐步讨论四季的名称、天气、活动及对各个季节的喜爱之外，还力求扩展到四季的颜色、服装、食物、饮料等等。为了契合学讲的要求，在课前要求学生跟着录音带朗读课文，并争取熟能成诵。另外，要求学生在导学单上完成关于四季名称的预习检测。在学习课文前，积极引导学生就季节这个话题进行发散思维，说一说自己想要学习关于季节的哪些方面。在学习课文的过程中，着力发挥小组长的带头作用，把任务交给小组长去分配，最大限度地发挥学生自己组织，自己协调，自主探索，合作学习的积极性，把让我学变成我要学。

二、存在问题

课文围绕四季延展开来，非常具有层次性，本课虽然在设计上注意到这一点，但是在具体的课堂实践当中未能更扎实地把握住课文的发展脉络。在对课文语言材料的处理上过粗，课文的学习流于学讲的形式，但没有真正体现学讲的精髓。

我认为，在对四季的季节特点和活动上仍需要更扎实的输入和输出练习。整节课上，让学生说的时间还是有点少，教师引导性的语言过多，以后上课考虑精简过渡语和提示语。

学习过程的重心放在新奇的活动上，但是未能与学生的学情契合。有一些活动是在平时观摩名师公开课上学习而来，活动是好活动，下次用的时候要谨慎考虑活动是否与教学目标相符。活动是不是好操作，易于学生上手。有的活动本次课上学生是第一次接触，有些反应不过来。解决方法一是向教学目标看齐，采用平时学生熟悉的简单易行的活动。另一种方法就是在平时上课时多做好的活动，让学生对活动方法和流程了然于心。

教师在课堂上应该是一个引导者和促进者的形象。在课堂上应该表现出更好的亲和力，话不多说，但能穿针引线，在平时上课时要注意激发学生的学习主动学习的欲望。
